Photography isn’t just about capturing what’s in front of us—it’s about uncovering what we don’t always see. Breaking Rules Photography is a collection of moments that challenge perspective, embrace experimentation, and transform the ordinary into something unexpected.

Here, time stands still at moments of impact—glass shattering, water leaping, and fire igniting, all frozen in perfect clarity. Light bends, reflects, and refracts through marbles, liquid, and glass, creating surreal compositions. Even everyday objects—paper, oil in water, and a vintage trumpet—become abstract studies in form and reflection.

Nature plays its own role in this exploration. Storms electrify the sky, rainbows emerge from clearing clouds, and the sun rises and sets in breathtaking displays of color. The 2024 total solar eclipse, captured from my own backyard in Dallas, stands as a rare and humbling reminder of the universe’s vast beauty.

Every image in my portfolio is part of a larger journey—one that invites you to see beyond the obvious and appreciate the unexpected. I hope these photographs inspire you to pause, to look closer, and to experience the world in a new way.
